Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and customer experience?
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
Drive store profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and customer engagement.
Recruit, train, and develop in-store staff.
Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Implement promotional campaigns and monitor performance against KPIs.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful retail team.
Knowledge of stock management, shrinkage control, and merchandising principles.
Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Computer literate (POS systems, MS Office).
Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Retail, Business, or Management will be an advantage.
