Retail Store Maintenance Project Manager
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring store environment, equipment and systems are maintained in optimal condition - thsi includes planning implementing manging maintenance activities to ensure the store operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilites;
Maintenance planning and execution - develop and implement maintenance plans for store facilities including communication plan with relevant stakeholders.
Budget Management - manage and control maintenance budget, ensuring cost effective solutions . Maintain accurate records of costs and isssues
Contractor Management - Source and negotiate with contractors for various maintenance tasks
Team Leadership - Lead, manage and train maintenance staff
Compliance and safety - ensure store adheres to all relevant safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience - must have at least 5 years experience and relevant technical qualification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month
