Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed correctly..
Support management in daily operations and adhere to company policies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Generate sales and hit sales targters
Participate in promotional activities and sales events.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
