Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional in-store experience.
? Accurately process all sales transactions using POS / cash till systems.
? Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly and efficiently.
? Support upselling initiatives and contribute to weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
? Maintain store presentation: tidy shelves, clear counters, and organized product displays.
? Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and rotation.
? Support daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures.
? Learn and master all company systems (POS, delivery, loyalty, and tracking tools).
? Uphold INVNT Group's standards of service, ethics, and professionalism.
Requirements & Ideal Profile
? Minimum 1 year experience in a retail cashier or sales assistant role -- advantage if pharmacy experience
? Familiarity with cash till or POS software (essential)
? Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare retail, or similar environment (advantageous)
? Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
? Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
? Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
