Retail Store Assistant
Job Description
Purpose of the Role
To deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert product knowledge, ensuring accurate cash handling, maintaining store presentation standards, and driving sales in alignment with Swarovski's luxury brand image.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Certificate or Diploma in Retail / Sales / Customer Service / Business Administration (advantageous)
Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
Numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling cash and transactions
Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages advantageous)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury goods, or jewelry sales
Proven experience as a Cashier, Sales Assistant, or Retail Associate
Experience with POS systems and daily cash reconciliations
Customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
