Retail Store Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our retail sales team. As a retail store sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with product information and recommendations
Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions
Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
