Job Description

The position is for a person who will be continuously in charge of the retail shop and managing all the administration with regards to the Retail outlet
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
Handle and package poultry products in a hygienic manner
Operate the till and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Stock shelves and manage basic inventory (accurate stock control)
Always ensure excellent customer service
Sales and marketing of the products in the shop
Staff and personnel management
Relevant general administrative management and tasks
Energetic

**You must be willing to travel this shop is on the Botshabelo Road about 6km from the airport
** Due to the location a white male will take preference
Requirements:
Previous retail experience (advantageous)
At least 4 years experience in small business management
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, punctual, and trustworthy
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is a plus
Valid drivers license
Must be bilingual
Must be able to lead a team
Must be detailed orientated
Must be result orientated
