A Retail company offering high-quality outdoor furniture is looking for a dedicated and professional Retail Salesperson and Assistant to the Branch Manager. You will be working with original products from worldwide manufacturers. The company offers products ranging from Furniture Collections to Accessories. You will play a vital role in visiting potential high-end clients and assisting the Branch Manager as and when needed

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
Visit Potential Clients, Professional Architects, Interior Decorators and Landscapers
Proven track record of achievements in the service and sales industry
Organised, with the ability to keep impeccable sales and customer records, as well as organising delivery schedules
Emotionally mature with problem-solving skills, to tactfully handle clients and suppliers
Experience in sales and customer relations with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Strong result-oriented mindset and high-energy approach
Good listening skills
Good time management, to answer all quote requests timeously, to supply feedback to client queries
Previous experience with Pastel or similar POS system
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and every Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct visits to potential clients, architects, interior decorators, and landscapers as needed
Maintain organized sales and customer records
Coordinate and organize delivery schedules
Handle client and supplier interactions tactfully
Demonstrate good time management to respond promptly to quote requests and provide timely feedback to client queries
Collaborate effectively within the sales and operations team, fostering a conflict-free environment
Update Pastel POS system
