Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson at CH Marketing, located in Cape Town. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to problem solve and address customer complaints effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
