Frontline Sales Consultant

confident, motivated, and customer-focused individuals

to join our sales and reception teams across South Africa.

About the Role

As a Frontline Sales Receptionist, you will represent the face of our brand -- engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing front-desk reception duties and general administration Conducting product demonstrations and supporting in-store promotions Engaging with walk-in customers and generating sales leads Following up on customer queries and appointment bookings Handling light lab work and technical duties (training provided) Supporting the overall retail and sales objectives of the branch

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are:

Experienced:

Minimum 2 years in a sales-related environment (Retail, Call Centre, Telesales, Insurance, or Cold Calling)

Skilled Communicators:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both spoken and written

Tech-Savvy:

Computer literate and comfortable using modern point-of-sale systems

Professional:

Well-presented, reliable, and confident in interacting with clients

Driven:

Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills

Organised:

Able to manage administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently

Mobile:

A valid driver's licence and/or own transport will be an advantage

What We Offer

Basic Salary:

R10,000 per month

Earnings Potential:

Uncapped commission and performance-based incentives

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays required

Probation Period:

3 months with performance review and potential for growth

Training:

Comprehensive onboarding covering sales, customer service, and technical
