We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join a leading luxury fashion retailer, who represents world-class brands in South Africa!

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about premium fashion, excels in building client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the brand.
This is an on-site contract position based at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, trends, and luxury fashion brands.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Support in visual merchandising and ensuring brand presentation standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in retail with sales and client relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in luxury fashion or premium retail (non-negotiable).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
