Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Achieve individual sales targets
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and trends
Requirements:
High school diploma ( Grade 12) or equivalent
Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
Preferred Skills:
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Team player with a positive attitude
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Previous experience in retail or customer related work is a plus
