Job Summary Tyremart Cresta is looking for a driven, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excel in customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in, online and telephonic customers with tyre, wheel and automotive service enquiries Recommend suitable tyre and fitment solutions based on client needs and vehicle requirements Provide accurate quotations and process sales efficiently Promote value-added services (alignment, balancing, brakes, shocks, puncture repairs, nitrogen etc.) Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with industry offerings Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and after-sales support Follow internal processes and contribute to team sales targets Requirements Previous retail sales experience automotive/tyre industry experience Strong undercar experience advantageous Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Good computer literacy and administrative ability Sales-driven with a positive, professional attitude Valid driver's license We Offer Competitive salary with incentive earning potential Training and development opportunities A supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to grow in a trusted national brand.
