Retail Sales Consultant - High-End Investment Commodities

R15 000 CTC (includes provident fund) + Monthly Commission
This is not your typical retail sales position. We're looking for sharp-minded professionals who enjoy working with high-net-worth clients and have a keen interest in global economics, tangible investments, and premium commodities. Shift Structure:

• Morning Shift: 08h30 to 15h00, Afternoon Shift: 12h00 until store closes
• Total: 176 hours per month (average shift: 6 hours)
• One weekend on, one weekend off

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric qualification + tertiary studies highly beneficial
• Well-presented, articulate, and confident communicator
• Business-minded, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset will be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in a diagnostic, relationship-based sales process
• Network, prospect, and mine existing client databases for new business opportunities
• Build sustainable client relationships through regular, value-driven engagement
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, economic news, and market developments
• Present merchandise attractively and ensure all displays meet brand standards
• Manage transactions and compliance with precision
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system, including leads, follow-ups, and sales notes
• Handle and safeguard high-value stock and client purchases
