Key responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Sales

Warmly welcome every guest and create a calm, professional atmosphere Conduct confident, needs-based consultations (skin concerns, lifestyle, preferences) Demonstrate products and rituals in an engaging, educational way Recommend personalised product combinations and regimes Convert interest into sales while maintaining authenticity and integrity Build relationships and encourage repeat visits and loyalty Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and card handling

Boutique Standards

Maintain immaculate presentation -- displays, testers, hygiene and ambiance Replenish shelves and ensure correct product rotation Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand standards Monitor tester usage and hygiene protocols consistently

Stock & Reporting

Support stock counts, deliveries and shrinkage control Report fast-moving and slow-moving lines Track personal sales, conversion rates and average basket values

Brand Representation

Live and communicate the Africology philosophy Attend product and sales training sessions Share product knowledge confidently and professionally
You'll be a great fit if you have:

At least

2 years' retail or sales experience

(beauty, spa, wellness or luxury preferred) Proven success working with

monthly targets and commission

Excellent communication and listening skills Warm, confident and polished presence Strong personal discipline, reliability and follow-through High attention to detail, presentation and personal grooming Comfort working retail shifts (weekends, public holidays, rotation) A proactive, positive approach -- solutions, not excuses
