Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Provide information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
