Versus Socks seeks a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our brand new Flagship store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for retail. If you're eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment and are excited about promoting our products, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect Versus Socks products.
Sales:
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our product range, promotions, and features to assist customers confidently.
Merchandising:
Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring displays are tidy, visually appealing, and well-stocked.
Stock Management:
Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory as needed.
Point of Sale:
Accurately process transactions using the store's POS system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the store team to achieve overall goals and uphold the Versus brand ethos.
Retail hours:
Candidates will be expected to work weekends.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
Previous experience in retail or customer service (advantageous).
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
