DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
NOTE: Job Type: Part-Time (8 days per month, increasing to 15 days during staff leave periods)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
: but not limited to
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales on the shop floor
Maintain accurate stock control, including weekly and monthly stock takes
Support and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
Perform daily administrative duties and maintain store documentation
Ensure store maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to security procedures
Handle cash and transactions in line with company safety protocols
Ensure a professional and polished corporate appearance
Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by Head Office
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Health & Skincare qualification - Advantageous
Sales and Marketing knowledge - Advantageous
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail (cosmetics/skincare/fragrance industry essential)
Previous supervisory or managerial experience advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven sales track record and customer service orientation
Sound business acumen with the ability to take initiative
Computer literacy (MS Office and Point of Sale systems)
Ability to work flexible retail hours - Not Negotiable
High level of emotional intelligence and team collaboration
