We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented individual to join our expanding medical retail network. The position involves reception duties, client service, sales support, and entry-level technical tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and assist customers at the front desk and on the sales floor
Promote products and support the achievement of store sales objectives
Perform basic technical duties in line with training provided
Participate in marketing activities and promotional events when required
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, target-driven mindset
Well-organised with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Relevant qualification in sales, retail, marketing, or customer service (advantageous)
Computer literate, including email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
