Position:

Sales Assistant (Kiosk)

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Proactively greet customers and introduce them to the luxury world of Osmanl? Oud fragrances.

Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed information regarding perfume notes, longevity, and heritage to assist customers in finding their signature scent.

Sales Generation:

Meet and exceed daily sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

POS Operation:

Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and digital receipts.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels on the kiosk, report low stock, and ensure all testers are available and well-maintained.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain a pristine and organized kiosk display in line with the brand's luxury aesthetic.

Daily Reporting:

Complete daily sales logs and handover reports at the end of each shift.

Training & Development

On-the-Job Training:

. You will receive active guidance on product notes to ensure you grow into the role quickly.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sector.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in operating POS software and handling electronic payment terminals.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive demeanor.

Grooming:

High standard of personal grooming and presentation, reflecting the luxury nature of the brand.

Flexibility:

Ability to work mall hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Reliability:

Punctual and capable of working independently at a kiosk setup.
