Our client, a boutique luxury estate with premium retail offerings, is seeking a polished Retail Sales Assistant to join their boutique team. This role offers a base salary plus commission and exposure to high-end clientele.
Description
As Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of the retail operations for a luxury brand boutique.
Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, styling and advising on product selection, processing transactions, maintaining stock and displays, and ensuring the boutique remains visually appealing and tidy. You will also handle cash reconciliation, client service issues, and support store managers in daily retail tasks.
This position suits someone with a strong customer service orientation, good attention to detail, and a flair for luxury retail.
Compensation:
- Basic salary + commission structure

- Grade 12; retail or hospitality certificate advantageous
