Job Description
As Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of the retail operations for a luxury brand boutique .
Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, styling and advising on product selection, processing transactions, maintaining stock and displays, and ensuring the boutique remains visually appealing and tidy. You will also handle cash reconciliation, client service issues, and support store managers in daily retail tasks.
This position suits someone with a strong customer service orientation, good attention to detail, and a flair for luxury retail.
Compensation:
Basic salary + commission structure
Opportunities for growth in luxury retail within the estate
Grade 12; retail or hospitality certificate advantageous
1-2 years' experience in retail sales, ideally in luxury or premium brands
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administrative and cash-handling competency
Excellent presentation, attention to detail, and ability to work with high-end clientele
Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
Between 1 - 3 Years
