As a Retail Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing friendly and helpful assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Sales:

Actively promoting products, explaining features and benefits, and closing sales effectively. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer inquiries and make recommendations...

Teamwork:

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

Loss Prevention:

Adhering to security procedures to minimize loss and protect company assets.

Adherence to Policies:

Following company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and store operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric Certificate NQF lv4 - NQF lv6 Equivalent. SA ID/Passport. Work Permit (For None SA Citizens) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment No experince
