We are looking for a
motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Agent
to join our team. As the face of our store, you'll engage with customers, drive sales, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations Drive sales Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Support in-store promotions and merchandising efforts
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in retail or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in sales and ability to work toward targets Basic math and computer skills Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
