Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring every visitor feels valued. Assist customers in finding products, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to answer questions confidently and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential--a positive attitude is most important! Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service every day. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
