Job Summary MUST BE FEMALE WITH RELATED QSR AND / OR RETAIL EXPERIENCE! Company has food retail outlets selling food and beverage products directly to consumers for personal or household consumption comprising of Ready to Eat Options, Convenience Stores and QSR. The Retail Manager will manage a team of supervisors to manage the daily operations, sales, profitability, business development, new ideas, new thinking etc. Only female candidates are being considered:- o Tertiary qualification essential - Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. o Minimum 8 years experience in retail or catering management at Project Management level o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. o Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. o Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic financial reporting. o Food Safety Certification or relevant hospitality qualification. female with specific retail, QSR and Restaurant experience only are being considered Only candidates with the specific experience listed above, will be corresponded with and if you do not receive a reply within 7 days, your application was unsuccessful.
