Retail Project Manager - Qatar

Company has food retail outlets selling food and beverage products directly to consumers for personal or household consumption comprising of Ready to Eat Options, Convenience Stores and QSR. The Retail Manager will manage a team of supervisors to manage the daily operations, sales, profitability, business development, new ideas, new thinking etc.

- Tertiary qualification essential - Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
p
- Minimum 8 years experience in retail or catering management at Project Management level
p
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
p
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
p
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
p
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic financial reporting.
p
- Food Safety Certification or relevant hospitality qualification.
p
