Job Description

We are looking for a senior retail professional to take full responsibility for the operational management of a growing retail store network in Cape Town.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has progressed through the retail system and understands how stores really work people, numbers, discipline and standards.
Key responsibilities:
Full operational management of multiple retail stores
Managing store managers and senior staff
Ensuring consistent standards across all locations
Staff performance management, discipline and development
Driving operational efficiency and cost control
Implementing and maintaining company procedures and controls
Working closely with ownership on performance and growth
This role requires maturity, authority and real-world retail experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple retail stores
Background in a structured retail environment (chain or group)
Career progression within retail (not job-hopping)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of retail operations, controls and reporting
Ability to take ownership and make decisions
Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
This position is best suited to an experienced retail professional with a long-term mindset.
