Job Description
Our client within the agricultural FMCG space is seeking a reliable retail manager. Candidates must have a BCOM degree or relevant business degree, as well as relevant business running experience and butchery management experience.
Candidates will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Retail Shop while overseeing the general operations through supervision, financial management, sales, strong customer service, interpersonal relations and employee management.
Candidates are required to have the following:
- Proven success in business or financial management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, & management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A passion for retail and commitment to operational excellence.
