Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries or complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage suppliers to ensure the availability of products
Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Drive sales and meet store targets through effective merchandising and promotions
Manage cash-ups, banking, and financial controls within the store
Train, motivate, and develop staff to deliver high performance

Requirements & Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
3-5 years' retail management experience (butchery/poultry/FMCG industry advantageous)
A Retail Management or Business Administration certificate/diploma (advantageous)
Food Safety / Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
Must be flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
