Retail Management Accountant

Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Own monthly financial reporting for support services cost centres, ensuring accuracy and insight.
- Assist with budgeting and three-year plan consolidation, preparing final submissions like a maestro.
- Support forecasting and ad hoc financial investigations, presenting clear, actionable analysis.
- Review and report on actual expenditure, monitoring exceptions and ensuring compliance.
- Present financial information to stakeholders to help drive business decisions.
- BCom + CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years post-articles general accounting experience; management accounting in retail is a bonus. Leadership experience desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office / G-suite, strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and time management.
- High energy, performance-driven, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
