The Role: Floor Leader
The Floor Leader acts as a primary point of contact on the retail floor, ensuring that both the team and the customers have everything they need. The focus area is maintaining a high-quality shopping environment and supporting daily sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Guide floor staff in delivering exceptional brand experiences
Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of the retail space
Assist in training and supporting new team members on the floor
Handle customer interactions with a professional and helpful approach
Support inventory control and stock organization on the sales floor
About You
Relevant experience leading teams within a retail setting
Strong ability to remain organized under pressure
Positive and proactive mindset focused on team success
Adaptable to the needs of a dynamic retail floor
Willing and able to work retail hours
