Job Summary An opportunity for an experienced RETAIL FINANCIAL MANAGER is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle. This role requires a strong, hands-on financial leader with solid retail experience, strong integrity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. o Interested applications are requested to submit their updated CV's (in Word.doc format) via email using Ref # 2421 o Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Financial Manager in a RETAIL environment (essential). o Tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance / Cost & Management Accounting (essential). o Strong knowledge of retail POS systems, stock control, and financial processes. o Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting). o Experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, Omni, or similar). o Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. o Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. o Newcastle residency (non-negotiable). o Willing and available to work retail hours, public holidays, weekends, and seasonal trade. o Clean criminal record and traceable, contactable references (non-negotiable). o High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
