Retail Financial Manager
Job Description
Job Summary Essential Requirements BCom Degree or related financial qualification Minimum 6 years of financial management experience in the retail sector Sage Pastel experience and preferably Omnix/Netterm system experience Key Result Areas: Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and variance. Budget preparation, management and reporting sales, gross margins and overheads Cash-flow requirement planning daily/monthly. Overseeing the debtors, creditors and cashbook functions. Factory loading/sales orders managing integrity and validity of orders. Responsible for shipping, both inward and outward. Implementation of financial systems and ensuring that the financial controls are intact. Omnix/Netterm - enhancing systems and controls and maintaining system integrity. Ongoing review of costing policies due to continually changing circumstances. Asset management specifically working capital. Stock control actively manage to ensure all stock is current.
