Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Field Manager to oversee multiple retail stores, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team development.
The Retail Field Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning store operations with corporate strategy balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support to ensure each location achieves its business goals. The position is based in Cape Town, the client is looking for an individual who has operational / managerial store experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Portfolio of coporate retail stores
- Minimum 5 years experience in an FMCG environment
- Qualification advantageous
