Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience ? * Assist clients in finding products and offer styling or product advice ? * Process cash and card payments accurately ? * Maintain stock levels and ensure the store is tidy and well-presented ? * Report discrepancies, issues, and customer feedback to management ? * Balance the cash register and manage refunds ? * Attach price tags to merchandise and manage incoming stock deliveries ?? * Work within established brand guidelines and standards ? * Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently ?
