Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience ?

- Assist clients in finding products and offer styling or product advice ?

- Process cash and card payments accurately ?

- Maintain stock levels and ensure the store is tidy and well-presented ?
p
- Report discrepancies, issues, and customer feedback to management ?
p
- Balance the cash register and manage refunds ?
p
- Attach price tags to merchandise and manage incoming stock deliveries ??
p
- Work within established brand guidelines and standards ?
p
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently ?
p
Requirements:

- Grade 12 qualification ?
p
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience as a retail assistant ??
p
- Basic administrative skills and attention to detail ??
p
- Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills ??
p
- Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele ?
p
- Enthusiastic, reliable, adaptable, and able to work under pressure ?
p

- Salary: R12,000 - R15,000 depending on experience ?
