Retail Assistant
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Remote Working: Remote working not available
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer inquiries.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
Requirements:
Matric or(NQFL4) equivalent.
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
