Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goal.
