Job Description
Leading ice cream chain in Cape Town requires a dynamic customer service professional to join their Somerset West team.
Open and closing of premises
Switch all equipment on such as scooping freezer, coffee machines, waffle airfryer and cone machine
Ensure the following are ready for use, scooping spoons, cones prepped and wrapped, sprinkles, paper plates, folded serviettes, ice cream tubs are ready
Product knowledge of all ice cream flavours
Postioning of product
POS transactions
