Role Overview:





The Retail Agent role is accountable for overseeing, developing, and expanding a portfolio of retail agents. This position requires a highly proactive and strategic approach to relationship management, performance enablement, and business growth. The individual will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships, delivering training and capability-building initiatives, and implementing tailored account management strategies to enhance agent productivity, optimize sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:




Agent Growth & Development:




Identify and onboard new retail agents with potential for high-volume bookings. Develop and implement a structured growth plan to increase agent sales. Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and offer tailored support.

Training & Support:




Provide sales training and product knowledge to help agents improve conversion rates. Deliver exclusive deals and incentives to encourage growth. Ensure seamless communication and support through Freshdesk (calls, emails, chats).

Sales & Performance Management:




Monitor agent performance and track sales to ensure steady growth. Complete offline bookings and supply quotations to all key accounts where required.. Offer data-driven insights and strategies to improve agent bookings. Ensure agents' customers receive excellent service to enhance retention and referrals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):




Achieve targeted number of bookings as a ratio of the department total. Retail Agent sales growth in line with support delivery. Consistent follow-ups and engagement with key agents Completion of training and support initiatives per agent

Ideal Candidate:




2 + years experience in the travel industry 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills Experience in growing accounts and training partners to maximize revenue Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with

targets and KPIs

* Tech savvy, comfortable adapting to selling and sales support systems.
