Duties:

Assist in managing daily store operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
/p

Provide customer assistance, handle customer queries and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
/p
p
Handle routine paperwork, record-keeping, manage data across systems and maintain the accuracy of records.
/p
p
Communicate with management, staff and external suppliers, and process invoices for timely payments.
/p

Requirements:

Grade 12
/p
p
At least 2 - 4 years' experience in retail administration including financial tasks
/p
p
Expertise in using Microsoft & Pastel will be an advantage
/p
p
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and manage time effectively.
/p
p
A high level of accuracy and numeracy is crucial for maintaining data integrity.
/p
p
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various
/p
p
stakeholders.
/p
p
Valid drivers license
/p
