The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Retail Account & Operations Manager (CPG) to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this person will manage the operational execution behind our retail business--bridging sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure products flow efficiently from planning to shelf. You'll be responsible for retail forecasting, deduction management, trade spend analysis, and vendor scorecard performance across major customers such as Target, Walmart, and Kroger.
This role acts as the hub between Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain, coordinating with brokers, 3PLs, and manufacturers to deliver accuracy, speed, and service excellence.
