We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, eager to grow, and ready to take on a leadership role.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans Well-spoken and professional Must have own reliable transport Contactable references Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities



Manage, train, and lead all Front-of-House (FOH) staff Ensure staff follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards Maintain and monitor beverage stock and consumables, including supplier orders Provide strong operational and administrative support to the General Manager Deliver excellent guest service with a hands-on approach Handle guest complaints quickly and professionally Manage staff rosters Oversee bookings, reservations, and events Ensure the smooth daily running of the restaurant

Desired Skills & Experience



Strong all-round food and beverage knowledge Previous experience in a similar dining environment Computer literacy (POS and basic admin systems) 3-5 years experience in restaurant management
