This exciting opportunity is for a vibrant, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor who will be primarily responsible for jointly managing the Pool Area and Splash Cafe, ensuring that every one of our guests receives personalised attention every time.

You will delight our guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and outstanding service experiences. Providing operational and administrative support to the Pool Manager and team, as well as assisting in achieving operational profitability by driving sales targets and managing costs, will form part of your role.

You will set and maintain standards at the Pool area and Splash Cafe, as well as conduct regular guest service, menu, sales and standards training with staff, so that they can offer world-class service to our guests.

Leading teams of people, encouraging teamwork and personal accountability, and thereby promoting staff engagement and retention, as well as managing staff processes such as personal presentation, recruitment, performance, and conduct, will form part of your responsibilities.

in a similar role in a busy, up-market hotel.

Your extensive knowledge of food and drink, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, will shine as you help deliver exceptional experiences. With the ability to work autonomously and take initiative, you will play an integral role in our team, inspiring and leading others to achieve remarkable results.
