Restaurant Store Administrator
to join our dynamic team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks for the restaurant
Process supplier orders, stock documentation, and invoices accurately
Maintain filing systems, operational checklists, and compliance records
Support management with reporting, payroll preparation, and cash-up reconciliations
Liaise with suppliers, head office, and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in
administration
(hospitality or retail environment preferred)
Restaurant industry experience
will be strongly favored
POS Micros experience
is a significant advantage
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a demanding environment
