x At least 3 - 5 years' work experience within high-pressure restaurant operations

x Skilled in Bar & Beverage Controls, Front of House Service, Wine Sales & Service, Artisan Coffees

x Fully bilingual with Afrikaans ideally your home or 1st language
/p
p
x Operational strengths in leading the team, motivating and training others
/p
p
x Young and outgoing personality with exceptional people skills
/p
p
x Proficient in selling signature wines and excellent knowledge of all cuisines
/p
p
x Excellent admin and computer proficiency with strong point of sale knowledge
/p
p
x Proven success in managing and controlling wine and beverage stocks
/p

x A hands-on operator that leads by example and who's passionate about this industry
