Our client, a respected name in the hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Operator to manage the overall performance of their outlets in a key regional location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, driving profitability, and leading a motivated team. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing front and back-of-house operations
• Managing staff performance and training
• Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
• Monitoring service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring adherence to company and health & safety standards
• Managing budgets, cost controls, and operational targets

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior restaurant or operational management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and restaurant operations efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Previous franchise restaurant experience is advantageous
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Pongola region
