We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Manager with the structure, precision, and vision to uphold and elevate this new standard of luxury hospitality. What You'll Do

Oversee the full operation of the restaurant, ensuring five-star service and consistency at every touchpoint.

Lead the team in delivering the Michelin-star chef's vision through seamless, structured service.

Implement strong operational systems and SOPs that set the benchmark for luxury hospitality.

Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering personal and world-class service.

li
Curate unique "moments of magic" for guests, rooted in the estate's identity of heritage, wine, and art.

Partner with culinary and wine teams to create extraordinary food and wine experiences.

Drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance.

Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and five-star operational requirements.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a five-star, luxury restaurant or hotel dining environment.
