Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a team player, energetic, a good communicator with a focus on excellent guest experience. Computer literacy will be essential and previous experience with SAP will be to your advantage.
Educational documentation:

  • A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Staff Management
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff
  • Supervise performance and resolve conflicts
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure high-quality service
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Operations Oversight
  • Oversee daily operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Inventory & Supply Management
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Financial Management
  • Track budgets, expenses, and revenue
  • Assist with payroll, pricing, and cost control
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Support or initiate local marketing efforts
  • Promote customer loyalty and special events
