Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a team player, energetic, a good communicator with a focus on excellent guest experience. Computer literacy will be essential and previous experience with SAP will be to your advantage.
Educational documentation:
- A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Supervise performance and resolve conflicts
- Customer Service
- Ensure high-quality service
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Operations Oversight
- Oversee daily operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Manage vendor relationships
- Financial Management
- Track budgets, expenses, and revenue
- Assist with payroll, pricing, and cost control
- Marketing & Promotion
- Support or initiate local marketing efforts
- Promote customer loyalty and special events
